Music Director : RD Burman. Synopsis : No joy in the world can equal the happiness a man derives from watching his own child at play. Not all the riches in the world can compensate for the vaccum, the emptiness, created by the want of a child in a home. With a woman this yearning is a hundred times stronger and the outcome of her torment impossible beyond measure. Radha belonged to a rich family. Her sole aim in life after becoming a widow, was to see her sone Ajit happy and fulfil the promise she had given to her husband that the family name and tradition would be perpetuated. Finding Ajit deeply in love with Shobha, the Raisaheb's daughter who too loved him no less, Radha got them married, hoping that Shobha would prove an ideal wife and daughter-in-law and their home would soon resound with merry laughter of a child, if not children. Three years went by and Radha was still waiting for the new arrival in the family. Her patience was running out. Desperate, she took Shobha to a doctor who, after prolonged examination and treatment, told her that God alone could help her fulfil her yearning for a grandchild. Radha's sorrow knows no bounds. She could not think of the family chain breaking off. She had to have a grandchild and fulfil her promise to her late husband. As a last ...

Am I giving legal advice when I use www.LawCentral.com.au?

QUESTION: Am I giving legal advice when I use www.LawCentral.com.au? ANSWER: The author of all legal documents at LawCentral is the lawyer that puts the document up at LawCentral. The lawyer keeps copyright in the document. No one else is legally the author. The lawyer has the sole control and ownership of that document. Therefore, the answer to your question is usually no. It is the lawyer that provides the document on the website. It is the lawyer that has created the logic flow and set up the questions. It is the lawyer that has written all the hints to explain how the document works. The lawyer puts the document up at LawCentral so that a locked PDF document is created. That document is locked so that it can not be altered. That gives the lawyer confidence that the client can NOT alter the document. An altered document may destroy the effect of the document. Law firms can only put their documents up at LawCentral if they provide a minimum of $1.5m worth of the law firm's Professional Indemnity insurance on each and every legal document created at LawCentral. The person that puts in the answers to the questions on the web site is just a mere scribe. If you are only a mere scribe - ie filing in forms and questions - then generally you are not giving legal advice. "... the court held that work of the mere clerical kind, such as filling out of skeletal blanks ... should be generally regarded as the legitimate right of any layman because it involves nothing more or less ...

The Winslow Boy (1999), Jeremy Northam "Plainly Innocent"

Tremendous entertainment and the acting is top notch. The Winslow Boy is an English 1946 play by Terence Rattigan based on an actual incident in the Edwardian era, which took place at the Royal Naval College, Osborne House. Set against the strict codes of conduct and manners of the age, The Winslow Boy is based on a father's fight to clear his son's name after the boy is expelled from Osborne Naval College for stealing a postal order. The play was inspired by an actual event, which set a legal precedent; the case of George Archer-Shee, a cadet at Osborne in 1908, who was accused of stealing a postal order from a fellow cadet. His elder brother Major Martin Archer-Shee, was convinced of his innocence, and persuaded his father (also called Martin) to engage lawyers. The most respected barrister of the day, Sir Edward Carson was also persuaded of his innocence, and insisted on the case coming to court. On the fourth day of the trial, the Solicitor General accepted that Archer-Shee was innocent, and ultimately the family was paid compensation. George Archer-Shee died in the First World War and his name is inscribed on the war memorial in the village of Woodchester in Gloucestershire where his parents lived. ************** Mamet's wife, Rebecca Pidgeon, plays Catherine Winslow, the little boy's older sister. She's an outspoken but gentle woman who's strongly in favor of women's rights. Jeremy Northam plays Sir Robert Morton, the lawyer and member of the House of Commons who ...

Finding the Best Family Law Divorce Lawyer & Attorney

Family law disputes range from complex legal battles to the unchallenged officiating of circumstances. Though aspects may be very simple, and be included in all legal service, others can become heated and highly disputed legal battles lasting many months. While the former may be delivered by any qualified lawyer, it's best to invest in the best family law attorney if you are expecting a fight.

Finding one isn't just a matter of establishing a big budget for your legal battle. In fact, the first step to finding a strong attorney is to take money out of the equation.

Firstly, it's generally not legal or advisable to use your usual family solicitor if they have previously represented any party that you will be fighting against. In the case of family law, this typically represents the other half of a marriage or a child's second custodian. You may, however, ask your solicitor for advice in selecting a strong person to represent you.

Secondly: Choose experience and specialization. Family law encompasses a vast and varied knowledge base. Lawyers will use substantial reference material to help them pursue complex cases, but their overall knowledge and experience with the subject will substantially affect research time and the quality of their results. A lawyer charging an hourly rate which initially seems quite cheap may in fact take many more hours to accomplish the same as a more experienced attorney. Look for experience, specialization and then price, with an aim to balance the three factors.

Budget with your attorney. Most attorneys will be flexible when it comes to formulating payment plans, they are aware that their services can be costly and are sensitive to a clients constraints. Just because you are on a budget does not mean you can't afford an excellent attorney, in fact it may be to your advantage to spend that little bit more. An experienced attorney will prioritize workload based upon your budget and will be able to establish a far more accurate overview of case costs.

To get in touch with an excellent family law divorce lawyer attorney, seek out your local or regional law society or guiding body. These institutions exist, in one form or another, in most western countries and aim to document and accredit genuinely excellent lawyers. That said, you should be wary of false accreditations and ask any prospective lawyers how you might verify their record.

It should be clear by now that finding the best family law attorney does not necessarily mean spending a fortune. In fact, you may find cheaper attorneys ultimately cost more due to extended research time and protracted cases. Ensure that they have a good understanding of the areas of law he may be required to fight, and ask them for an estimation as to the length and complexity of the case they are undertaking.

Camp Floor Speech Against Death Tax

US Rep. Dave Camp today spoke out on the House floor against the Death Tax, which taxes the assets individuals leave to their families. This bill will take nearly half the worth away from families, which will especially affect family farms and small businesses. This bill makes permanent a huge tax that will encompass more and more families, family farms, and small businesses over time as it is not indexed for inflation. # Statement of Dave Camp Floor Debate, HR 4154 December 2, 2009 Mr. Chairman, death should not be a taxable event. Death should not force the sale of family farms or the dissolution of small businesses. The fear of death should not be a reason for Americans to hire a battery of accountants and lawyers to find legal ways to reduce the bite of the estate tax. After a long wait, we are about to realize that goal. Set in motion by a law passed by the Republican Congress earlier this decade, there will be no death tax in 2010 thats just 29 days away. The bill before us, however, would resurrect the death tax next month and apply a 45% tax rate to estates above a $3.5 million exemption amount. The Majority claims to be offering certainty to taxpayers. And I suppose in a way they are. They are certainly repealing the hope of ever eliminating the death tax. They are replacing that with the certainty of a federal tax rate that, at 45 percent, must be considered confiscatory. No American should have the federal government take nearly half of their worth. They are ...
